about
This is one track of three of the forthcoming album 'IAR'. Originally it was planned to release the compete album at once. But due to circumstances the album will not be finished for quite some time. So here is the first finished song of the album.
The lyrics are about the fact that emotions, good or bad, last only 90 seconds in our brains, after that they're gone, dissolved and absorbed into your blood. That is...unless you keep them boiling.
If you purchase this song now, you will (of course!) get a refund when purchasing the album later.
lyrics
1.)
It's not that I would like to be
someone that you would like to see
everything changes within me
ever
There's an opinion in my head
then i'd deny what I have said
doing the opposite instead
ever
nothing will last for very long
closing my eyes and then its gone
and something else will move along
ever
but if I decide to let it go
thoughts and emotions, yes and no
all that I like and hate and know
down with the river it will flow
ever
2.)
you are not the same as your ego
it is just a noisy part of your brain
and it's small just the size of a peanut
that lives behind your left eye
but don't believe it, just move on and leave it
it is not you, you're just watching it all
3.)
moments where everyone's to blame
later you're acting just the same
can you ascribe it on your name?
never!
all of your life you have to run
catching another distant sun
hoping that life's a diffrent one
better
one thing you never can deny
no matter what you like to try
you are the neverending sky
everything else is just the
weather

It doesn't happen very often that electronic music goes beyond basic 4/4 rhythms and the simplest harmonic movements. This album is one of those rare exceptions. Gerd Weyhing
