Shipping Info: How To Return An Item

If the item you received is damaged, you can return it for replacement within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email woyng@woyng.com to request a refund.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

I will not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Return Policy: P&P within the EU is more expensive now (sorry, not my fault), it will be 4,89 € now)
P&P outside the EU is 8,89 €.

All orders are shipped within 2 working days.

We use German Mail (Deutsche Post) and DHL for our orders.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location.
